Public Participation Protocols During the Coronavirus Pandemic
Board Members and Administrators will observe Social Distancing Requirements via proper spacing or by electronic participation.
Governor Pritzker has prohibited public and private gatherings of 10 or more people through April 30. As such, Seneca High School is limiting the number of public participants to 10.
Only Door A will be open members of the public. Door A is located at the main entrance on the south side of the building.
Members of the public will be restricted to one seat prepositioned in the commons and will observe social distancing requirements of at least 6 feet of separation.
Restrooms will not be available during the meeting.
Those in the commons will be able to observe the meeting using Zoom on a commons television.
Members of the public wishing to address the Board are asked to submit their questions or comments on paper provided by the district prior to the beginning of the Board meeting.
Members of the public should leave immediately after the conclusion of the board meeting via Door A.
Members of the media with questions following the Board meeting may submit questions via email to the superintendent.
