2020 Student Success Plan Meetings

Seneca High School will hold Student Success Plan Meetings (formerly referred to as Parent/Teacher Conferences) on Thursday, March 5, 2020 from 5-8pm. All meetings that have already been scheduled will transfer over to the new date of Thursday, March 5th. If you find that you now have a schedule conflict because of the day switching please call the Main Office for assistance.
Like this past fall, we are very excited to meet with you and your student. Our Faculty and Staff are striving to meet the needs of all of our SHS students. We are requesting you bring your son/daughter so they too can discuss their plans/goals and to help make this meeting a true success. We have some flexibility in setting up meetings, please call the Main Office @ 815-357-5000, if the need arises. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated as an open line of communication between parents/guardians and teachers greatly increases your child’s levels/chances of a greater success.
Our Guidance Counselors and School Psychologist will be available if you choose to also have a meeting with them. No appointment will be necessary.
A letter with information was initially mailed home on Tuesday, January 21, 2020. A second letter was sent out on Wednesday February 19, 2020. The letter stated to sign up you will need to do the following: (from this point you can skip steps 1 and 2 and click on the "MyConference Time" link below step 5)

- Follow the link "MyConferenceTime"
- Click on the Grade level for your son/daughter
- Click on your Teacher Team you were assigned and schedule your appointment time
