The Seneca Bassmasters competed this past Sunday in the Jake and Vern Tischer Memorial Tournament on the Des Plaines River. Of the 43 boats on the water, the Seneca team of Addison Mann and Landon Hebel placed 14th with 4 fish, and 4lbs 8oz. Thomas Watkins and Michael Kucinic were able to get 1 fish for 2lbs 2oz to get 26th place in the tournament and rescued one small bird out of the water. The Bassmasters will compete again next month at Clinton Lake. Great job everyone! #IrishPride ☘️

Parents will pick up student schedules as they enter the New Commons between 5:30 - 5:45. We will have a welcome and some quick introductions in the New Gym at 5:45 before attending each period.
AS A REMINDER: This is the first of three parent engagement nights throughout the school year. If a parent attends all three nights (Curriculum Night, Parent/Teacher Conferences, and Student Success Plan Night), then next year's student fees will be waived!

AND WE’RE BACK! 🎉 Wishing all students the best of luck this school year! #TheSenecaWay #IrishPride ☘️

DID YOU KNOW? Students involved in extracurricular activities tend to perform better academically & exhibit higher levels of school engagement. These clubs & organizations (and many more!) are READY to welcome students back to SHS on Monday! #TheSenecaWay☘️

After breakfast in the morning, staff transitioned into INSPIRING leadership sessions where they learned about the Rules of Engagement with Mr. Jonathan Alsheimer and the Road to Awesome with Dr. Darrin Peppard. SHS would like to thank all staff from our feeder districts and our two speakers for collaborating with us today. We would also like to wish the best of luck to MVK, Milton Pope, and SGS as they kickoff their school years next week! #BetterTogether #TheSenecaWay
