Today our Student Ambassadors met with their Freshmen groups for the first time. Our Student Ambassadors are a group of Juniors and Seniors who mentor our Freshmen students. They played games to get to know them, checked in on how they are adjusting to high school, talked to them about events that are coming up like Homecoming, and answered any questions they had about high school so far.

Attendants will be escorted in the Homecoming parade on Friday, September 26th @ 4:00 PM. They will then be announced at halftime of the football game that night, where we will also crown the King and Queen! On Saturday at the dance, there will be a Coronation of the Court at 8:30 PM.

Seneca High School will be hosting a Financial Aid Informational Night with financial aid representative, Mr. Andrew Reddington, from Illinois Wesleyan University on Tuesday, September 30th at 7 PM. He will be going over all the in's and out's of financial aid from loans to grants to scams. This is a great opportunity to learn how to help you and your student best pay for college.
