The administration of Seneca Township High School welcomes you to Registration 2026-2027!

Seneca High School’s registration for the 2026 - 2027 school year will again be processed electronically. The on-line registration window will be available beginning Wednesday, July 8th, and will remain open through Tuesday, August 11th. Early (discounted) registration ends on Friday, July 31st. Those registering and making full payment within the early registration window will receive a $25.00 discount in registration costs. Those registering on or after August 1st will pay the regular $150.00 fee.

In order to begin the registration process, I refer you to the letter included from our IT department. Specific instructions are included, regardless of new or returning student(s). The login account you create in PowerSchool is the same login account you will use throughout the year when monitoring your student’s grades and academic progress. Please be sure to keep your password in a safe spot as we don’t have access to your passwords.

Below is a schedule listing dates and times office staff will be available at Seneca High School if you need assistance completing the on-line registration. No appointment is necessary, but we do ask that you honor the specific timeframes listed.

Seniors Cam Shriey and Zeb Maxwell put on their Irish helmets one last time in the Illinois High School Shrine Football Game on Saturday. The Shrine Game is a benefit for Shriners Children's Hospitals. Cam and Zeb played for the Red Team alongside players nominated from all over the state. They spent the week practicing and spending time with several kids from Shriners Hospitals as well. Their team was defeated by the Blue Team 17-16 but they both represented Seneca High School well one last time! #IrishPride ☘️

Attention Seneca High School Class of 2021 Graduates: Graduates of 2021 can pick up their school temporary files in the main office from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If records are not picked up by September 30th they will be destroyed. Temporary records might include but are not limited to information like registration paperwork, standardized test scores, some health records, disciplinary infractions, IEPs, and 504s.

The Conservation In Action Clothing Drive was a success on Saturday! 100s of customers came throughout the day to browse the free clothing! Thank you to CIA members Logan, Brady, Lylah, and Sophia for your help and to all community members that donated clothing as well! It’s estimated there are over 92 millions tons of clothing waste each year. It is an overlooked environmental concern. The remaining clothing will be taken to Bethany Park Clothing center in Rantoul, Illinois.

Seneca High School's Conservation in Action club will be holding its annual free clothing giveaway on Saturday in the Seneca Area Heritage Museum parking lot! The giveaway will take place from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM.

The Lady Irish Softball Team is headed to STATE and we need your help to send them off to Peoria! Please join us at 10:00 AM on Thursday morning as the Seneca IL Police Department and the Seneca Fire Protection and Ambulance District escort the team out of town!

The escort route will begin in the Seneca High School student parking lot and will head down Scott Street. From there, they will turn right at the Seneca Public Library and will continue north on Main Street on their way to the North Hill and out of town. Our school and community support has been AMAZING so far this postseason and we hope to see you there as we line the streets to give the team a proper send-off!
