☘️ THIS WEEK AT SHS ☘️ #IrishPride

Due to the unsafe conditions caused by inclement weather, Seneca High School is officially taking a traditional snow day. We are canceling school and all school related activities for today, Monday, March 16, 2026. We hope to resume classes on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 as a regularly scheduled B Day.

The Lady Irish Softball Team opened their season on Thursday with a 4-1 VICTORY over the Geneseo Maple Leafs! The Lady Irish found themselves down 1-0 through 4 innings but were finally able to break through with a big 5th inning rally. Tessa Krull drew a walk, Ameliah Weber laid down a bunt, Marlie Lissy drew a walk, and Aurora Weber got the timely hit to tie the score. The team was led at the plate by Aurora Weber (1-2, 1R, 1RBI), Emma Mino (1-3), and Hayden Pfeifer (1-3). Tessa Krull and Hayden Pfeifer were solid in the circle and the defense made some clean plays behind them. The Lady Irish will be back in action on Wednesday at home against GSW. Great start, ladies! #IrishPride ☘️

On the evening of Wednesday, March 18th, the Seneca High School Jazz Band and Choir will give their Spring Jazz Concert at 7:00 PM in the SHS Auditorium.
