On February 28th we hosted our annual SHS College Fair where we had 31 different college, trade, and military representatives available to talk to our students. All students had at least 25 minutes to go around and speak to all the representatives they would like. We are so thankful for these representatives taking time to come out and meet with our students to help with their future planning!

Comments: Great matchup of two old I-8 conference foes. Man I miss those days. We controlled the tempo from the very beginning. Giertz had a big night as did Zeb Maxwell recording a double double. We will need every bit of that energy and more Friday as we take on Princeton at Princeton for the Regional Championship. Thanks to all of the students and fans who came tonight. Loved the energy! Go Irish!!!

Mrs. Foster's Accounting II students attended a job shadow experience last Friday at OSB Community Bank in Ottawa. The students learned about different positions at the bank, education requirements, internship opportunities, and were given a tour.

In our last meet of the Invitational season at Yorkville, speech team captain Lilly Lynch tied for 2nd place in a field of 31 Radio speakers, and the Humorous Duet team of Dane Ferrara and Chloey Coyne took 5th place at a very competitive meet! On to Regionals next week all the way down in Pekin!
