SHS Student-Athletes and Parents: The IHSA has recently moved the IHSA “Dead Week” from the first week of August to June 29th-July 5th, 2026. During this time, schools may not practice, compete, hold open gyms, or provide conditioning and weight training. Please note this change and make vacation plans accordingly.
