Athletic Physicals

On May 12, 2021 Seneca HS and Morris Hospital has partnered together to offer athletic physicals for our Seneca HS athletes for the 2021-22 school year.  The cost of the athletic physical is $20 cash or check made payable to Morris Hospital.  Students can sign up for a physical in the Main Office, before and after school.  Appointment times will be between 8am and 12:00pm.  This will be the only date that this service will be offered at Seneca HS.  Students wishing to participate in sports during the school year must have a current physical on file with the school.  Any questions can be directed to Steve Haines at shaines@senecahs.org or 815-357-5020.

Unfortunately, this clinic will NOT be able serve our incoming freshmen students, as the incoming freshmen must receive a different more thorough examination as required by the department of health to enter 9^th grade.  This physical, required by the department of health, for all incoming freshman WILL in fact count as both the school required physical AND their sports physical, just not the other way around.  

Face masks and social distancing will be required during the clinic.
