Strength & Conditioning for SHS Athletes

Strength & Conditioning

Following IHSA guidelines, athletics will be able to begin Strength & Conditioning activities on Monday, June 15. At this time, no actual sports are allowed to be played or practiced, but all teams will have training groups of 10 athletes or less set up to work with Coach Baker and their team coaches on strength, speed, and conditioning activities. Athletes are asked to please check their emails and other forms of communication from their coaches for more specific information. As a reminder, if anyone is not comfortable with the current situation, these workouts are voluntary. In addition, if an athlete is feeling ill, please do NOT attend your training session. Please contact your coaches if there are further questions, and stay tuned for more information.
