Classroom Rules
No food or drink allowed in class room since it is a science laboratory.
No electronic equipment including but not limited to cell phones, iPods, MP3 players, or cameras are allowed.
All students are to be in their seats ready for class when the tardy bell rings.
Homework Policy
Homework is due the next class period after it is assigned. All homework is due at the beginning of class. Any homework not turned in when it is collected will be considered late. This includes any homework that is left at home and/or in the locker.
All late homework will automatically be worth a maximum of 50% of the original value. Late homework and projects will be accepted for 1 week after the due date. After 1 week, it will be worth zero points.
Student Absences
If a student is absent from class due to a planned activity (field trip, vacation, school activities) all work is due prior to absence. If it is an unplanned excused absence, students will be given as many days they were absent to get all missed work turned in. All lab activities must be completed by the student. They will need to schedule time with me to make-up missed lab work.
