Penny Wars

Penny Wars will begin next week during homecoming.  This is a fund raising activity that each class competes against each other and the faculty by “voting” for their class by putting pennies in a jar. Students can subtract “votes” from their competitors by putting silver coins or paper money in their jars. We will begin voting at all lunch hours on MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 30th and will continue until FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4TH .  Our goal, every year, is to raise over $1000 for charity!  This year donations will be made to local food pantries and other local charities.
 

Remember: This is the first event of the Irish games and points will be awarded.

Last year the seniors came in first place and last year’s freshmen came in a very close second.  REMEMBER:  Bring your pennies!
