Schedule of Events:

Sunday, October 2, 2016:  

    1.  Homecoming parade @ 3:00 pm  

        Parade Lineup:  Jr. High on Main Street

        Parade Route:  North on Main St. to Armour St.; East on Armour St. to Commerce St.; South on Commerce St. to Scott St.; East on Scott St. to SHS

        2016 Parade Grand Marshals:  Mrs. Joan Claggett & Mrs. Lauri Roe

        Junior/Senior attendants will be escorted in a convertible during the parade.

    2.  FFA Porkchop Dinner from 4-6 pm in SHS Commons

        1 Chop Dinner = $8
        2 Chop Dinner = $10
        Hot Dog Dinner = $5

    3.  Powder Puff Volleyball @ 6 pm (Senior guys vs. Junior guys)

    4.  Powder Puff Football @ 7 pm (Senior girls vs. Junior girls)

SPIRIT WEEK is Monday, October 3 - Thursday, October 6
 

    1.  Monday--Favorite Sports Team Day

    2.  Tuesday--Class Color Day
        --Freshmen wear WHITE
        --Sophomores wear YELLOW
        --Juniors wear BLUE
        --Seniors wear BLACK
        --Faculty wear GREEN

    3.  Wednesday--Red Carpet Day

    4.  Thursday--Insane Irish Day!
 

MR. IRISH PAGEANT is Thursday, October 6, 2016
 

        --Open to junior and senior guys
        --SHS Auditorium @ 7 pm
        --Sponsored by TRUST

INSANE IRISH DAY is Thursday, October 6, 2016
 

    1.  Irish Games @ 10 AM

HOMECOMING FOOTBALL GAME is Friday, October 7, 2016
    1.  Seneca Fighting Irish vs. Peotone Blue Devils
        --Varsity game starts @ 7:00 pm
        --Grand Marshals will be presented before the varsity game
        --Junior/Senior Attendants and announcement of Homecoming King and Queen will be during halftime of varsity game

HOMECOMING DANCE is Saturday, October 8, 2016

Cost of Dance Tickets

Single:  $10
Couples:  $20

        --High School Gym from 8 to 11:00 pm
        --Coronation of Court @ 9:00 pm

Guidelines for proper attire for the dance:

• Gentlemen should wear a collared shirt and dress pants (tie is optional)
• Ladies should wear dress pants, a skirt, or a dress

Homecoming dance tickets will be sold in the Main Office from
Tuesday, September 27 through Wednesday, October 5, 2016
