Illinois 5Essentials Survey: Organizing Schools for Improvement

Dear Parent or Guardian:

By now you have received a letter informing you about the Illinois 5Essentials Survey: Organizing Schools for Improvement.  The 5Essentials Survey will be used in our school improvement process.  This survey is designed to generate a detailed picture of the inner workings of Seneca High School. As a parent/guardian, this opportunity will allow you to share your thoughts on the important elements of school effectiveness in a survey about Seneca High School.

The Illinois 5Essentials Survey can be conducted through March 13, 2015. Each household is asked to complete only one parent/guardian survey.

This is your opportunity to give feedback on how your child’s school is doing. We encourage you to participate in this survey and help improve Illinois’ schools for our children.
