Students are reminded to check the bulletin board outside the guidance office for the most updated scholarship information.  The guidance counselors are available for any questions.  

If a link is not attached see the guidance office for an application.  If you print an application please let your counselor look it over and put it in the mail with a pre-stamped card.

U.S. Bank Scholarship National www.usbank.com High school senior planning to enroll or a current college freshmen, sophomore or junior at an eligible four-year college or university participating in the U.S. Bank No Fee Education Loan Program. October 25, 2019
The Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans, Inc. National scholars.horatioalger.org The Horatio Alger Association provides financial assistance to students throughout the nation who have significant financial need and have exhibited integrity and perseverance in overcoming personal adversity. Eligibility criteria include: High school graduation in spring/summer, demonstrated critical financial need ($55,00 or lower adjusted gross family income), and United States citizen. October 25
Heisman High School Scholarship National heismanscholarship.com The Heisman High School Scholarship program is looking for all types of high-achieving seniors from more than 29,000 public and private high schools within the U.S. We consider young men and women who participate in a wide range of sports as well as school and community activities. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, and their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities. October 31, 2019
Elks Most Valuable Student Scholarship Local/State/National www.elks.org/enf/scholars The 2019 Most Valuable Student scholarship contest is open to any high school senior who is a US Citizen. Applicants will be judged on scholarship, leadership, and financial need. November 5, 2019

surveying from an accredited college or university, or a baccalaureate degree in a related science including at least 24 semester hours of land surveying
courses from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation Land Surveyors Licensing Board approved curriculum of an accredited institution.
Applicant must be an Illinois resident attending an Illinois school. ($1500)

This scholarship is intended for students attending a Community College pursuing a degree associated with the land surveying profession. ($1000) November 14

2019 Future of Assisted Living Scholarship

National https://www.senioradvisor.com/ind/assisted-living Three $2,000 scholarships available to students enrolled in an associate's degree, bachelor's degree or graduate level program at an accredited 2-year college or 4-year university. Each eligible student must submit a 500-750 word essay response to the question: How can your major of study improve the lives of seniors in assisted living facilities in your town? This is an annual scholarship and will be offered every year.

Greenhouse Scholar State https://greenhousescholars.org/our-scholars/become-a-scholar/ You must be a graduating high school senior planning to attend a four-year accredited academic institution, a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and a legal resident of Colorado/Georgia/Illinois/North Carolina, have a cumulative, unweighted GPA of 3.5 or above, demonstrate financial need (annual household income no greater than $70,000), possess excellent leadership skills, an ability to persevere through difficult circumstances, and a strong interest in and commitment to their community. November 22, 2019
