Seneca fairs well at IHSA Solo & Ensemble Contest 2010

On Saturday, March 6th, the Illinois High School Association Solo & Ensemble Contest was held at Ottawa Township High School. The results from Seneca Township High School Music Department are as follows:
Division One Solo:
Lindsey Rameriz – Alto Sax & Piano, Lainey Ramierz – Piano, Kaitie Maierhofer & Samantha Angelokas – Flute Solos, Reilly Sanders, Cassie Balazic & Ethan Paulsen –Vocal Solos. – Ethan Paulsen was also rated Best of The Day from his Vocal Judge, Becky Evans
Division One Ensemble:
Cassie Balazic & Rachel Johnson, Taren Sheedy & Allison Poyner – Vocal Duets.
Division Two Solos:
Jacob Newberry – Trumpet Solo, Rebecca Henry – Flute Solo, Bryanna Niswonger, Fancy Moore, Victoria Underhill, Cheyene Regan – Vocal Solos.
Division Two Ensembles:
Bryanna Niswonger/Alexandria Miller, Erica Weinrich/Ethan Paulsen – Vocal Ensembles.
Division III Solos:
Alexandria Miller – Vocal Solo
Division III Ensembles:
Victoria Underhill/Felecia Hum – Vocal Ensemble
