Seneca FFA Wins State Ag Business CDE
Advancing to National Competition

After eight years of being second, third or fourth in the State FFA Agribusiness Management Career Development Event, the Seneca FFA finally claimed the state title.
Melissa McDonald, Matt Baker and Rachel Siedentop led the team by placing third, fifth and sixth respectively. Nicole Bromberek and Troy Behning were the other team members.
The Ag Business CDE consists of a series of exams that challenge agriculture students’ knowledge and problem solving skills in marketing, accounting, financial analysis, taxes, insurance, farm credit, agriculture law and other areas.
The team will now compete in the National Farm Business Management CDE at the National FFA Convention in Indianapolis in October.
