This is my first year teaching here at Seneca High School, and I am really excited. I currently teach Biology, Applied Biology, and ILS. I am also the junior class sponsor. Before STHS, I taught Biology and Anatomy at Tri-Point High School in Cullom, IL. I also taught Biology and Anatomy at Peoria Manual High School during my student teaching assignment. I received my B.S. in Biology Education from Bradley University in December of 2006.
I am originally from Tinley Park, but I currently reside in Morris. I have a rather large family (2 brothers and 4 sisters), and I just got a chocolate lab puppy (Triton). I love the outdoors whether it be hiking, swimming, canoeing, etc. I also love the theater, especially musical theater. Wicked is currently my favorite musical. I was involved in drama productions at Bradley. I also directed the spring play at Tri-Point High School. I love to sing (even though I'm not the greatest). I am addicted to forensic science television shows, my favorite being CSI.
